Runway Sale

<p>I am a frequent user of the online shopping platform and in December 2016 I had ordered 4 pairs of shoes. I received all of them but one in a size that was incorrect. I contacted them over email over two weeks ago but received no response and I have tried calling numeorus times but no one is taking my call. I went to the extent of Facebook messaging but that didn't work either. What a lousy experience especially because they sent me the wrong size. </p>
