RUNWAY IS REJECTING MY RETURNS

Two weeks ago go I bought clothes that were on sale ,and last week they were delivered and none of them met my expectations ,I then app**** for returning them and I was rejected ,they Said they they can't take them as I didn't meet their critea or their policy ,which is not true because their policy says if not happy within a certain period we can return ,I have app**** for returns within a day if delivery ,Runway wants me to throw away my money and these clothes are small
