Runway fail

<p>So having placed an order on the 26th September 2016 and gave the company ample time to send the goods. After a month I emailed and was sent a polite response that they would check on what the hold up is and get back to me. Well its now the 1st December 2016 I requested my order to be cancelled but I recieved no response or refund in my account. This site is pathetic and needs to be shut down. People cannot be left in the lurch like this I mean refund me already if you cannot deliver the goods. I do not suggest anyone support them going forward. </p>
