Runway collections delays

I purchased items on Runway that turned out to be small. I then requested a return on 04 December 2023 and was issued a reference number on the same day. To this day they have not come to collect the items. I keep calling Runway and each time they promise to have the items collected the next day, which never happens. They dont seem to care about their customers after purchase.
