Runaway (with your money) Sale

<p>Runway Sale is an online fashion store. Purchased something on the 27th of October (30 working days ago) and the product still hasn't been dispatched let alone delivered. The time alloocated for delivery is 9-20 working days.Communication is also terrible. I was never notified that there would be a delay. No one answers phones or emails. On their facebook group numerous people have complained about the terrible communication and not having received their purchases.</p> <p> </p> <p>Essentially they have ****** numerous people's money and are avoiding communication. Is there any way we ensure that we receive our purchases or our money back?</p>
