Runaway with no delivery and after sale

I ordered and made immediate payment for a rain jacket marked as an Essential item, thus enabling its immediate shipping, on the 30/4. A while later my order shows 14-16 days delivery time. On day 18 with no product having been received I check the order on their website to see that they have been waiting for a courier to collect for several days! It's now been 25 days with no product having been received. Will NEVER do business with them again given they have had ample time. Don't bother spending money with Runwaysale, keep an eye on the stores and pay a little extra and at least you will get your item.
