Run FAR AWAY sale!!!!

<p>On the 15th of June 2016 I placed my first order with Runway sale and my 2nd on the 22nd. After 20 working days they had still not dispatched or even received the stock. I phoned to find out what the status was and was told that the suppliers had not yet delivered but would be doing it soon. A week later, on day 27 I received my 1st order and the 2nd 5 days later. I had an issue with my first order and wanted to exchange for a different size – this could not be done – refund offered instead. The item was to be returned (at customers cost), no other reputable online stores do this! My second order arrived, and was nothing near to what I ordered through them!! I had to take photos, email it back to them and wait another 5 days after returning it to hear anything from them. Several days and numerous emails later I asked for all monies to be paid back into my account which I had paid over a month ago. They said it would take between 3-10 working days, I am still waiting. I just contacted Runway sale again to confirm the date of the refund (this was meant to be done on the 28 July), they have just told me it was only processed today the 2nd Aug. This is pathetic service as I waited more than a month and have got nothing but ******* and a ridiculous amount of send-arounds. I am surprised to see a company like this is still in existence! I will never shop on Runway sale again. </p>
