I’ve order on the 24th of November 2022 and the stuff was delivered on the 30th, which were extremely big wrong size and poorest packaging, I then logged a return SAME DAY, I never got an sms from the courier or them regarding my return even the status on the app says awaiting collection, after numerous calls with my airtime asking them to come collect their parcel they kept telling me that they will come collect either today or tomorrow I am sick and tired of always having to call them to come collect. Runway sales should learn from superbalist or takealot pls
