RUN AWAY SALE ****

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Run away sale and I was given a delivery date. The delivery date passed without any communication. I sent an email enquiry about the delay, they rep**** back to apologise and they promised a delivery as soon as possible. After two 2 days again without any communication from them, I sent a follow-up email again and then they told me the parcel is with their dispatch team and it'll be delivered soon. They following day I recieved an email saying my parcel was lost and they would refund me. A month passed and I'm still waiting for the refund. I've been in communication with Natasha A and that hasn't been helpful
