Ordered from them for the first time to test the shopping experience. They had offered free delivery for a set time period. I placed my order and chose EFT option. Did not receive any email from them confirming order and when I checked the order status on the app it indicated that the order was cancelled. Called call center and spoke to Chanelle who told me that the system had gabbled up my email address and hence why I did not receive order confirmation. She offered absolutely no consolation or option to offer me a resolution. All she could says was "Apologies for the inconvenience caused". You have lost me as a customer. You cannot compete with the likes of Takealot, Superblist or Zando from a customer excellence perspective.
