Rude lady

I have ordered dress at runway sale .when i track my order it indicated thatbis on transit. Since the 16 then i have phoned this number *** time 15h23 i have found rude lady who said you can't trace yr order runway is not operating then she dropped the phone. I phoned again wanted to ask her name she drop the phone.rude person how fo you drop a call why the client is asking .last time i didn't receive my order at thi time of the year now i want to be sure .so angry
