Returns Policy - watches

Bought a very expensive (R2500) watch from Runway on 23 Jan 2015. Nowhere whilst doing the purchase was I ever notified of the fact that watches cannot be returned. I have bought from them before and have returned items before for which I eventually received my refunds. On the refund slip that is included with your purchase it says no underwear, swimwear and accessories will be refunded. Why is a very expensive item like a watch classified as an accessory? Watch was delivered on Friday, 6 February 2015 and I immediately knew that it is not what I had in mind for myself. When I tried to arrange my return this morning I was told that watches cannot be returned. Still have not received an answer as to why you cannot return a watch of such a big value. As far as I am concerned this is not acceptable as per the consumer protection act. Why can I return a dress that I have purchased for R600 and not a watch of R2500. If you a company is not prepared to return an item it should be CLEARLY flagged at the time of making the purchase that item is not returnable and not hide it in a click to find the returns policy.<br> I am extremely unhappy about this and feel like I have been ******.
