Returns More than 3 weeks and NOTHING

I returned items diligently following paperwork since I own a courier company as well.

Return slip was added on top of parcel and inside.

Waybill was immediately sent to Runway.

More than 3 weeks later no refund on more than R1000 and your communications tell me that perhaps the warehouse cannot locate or identify the items to be returned to my reference?

This is shocking. Superbalist tracks the return EVERY step of the way and once item is picked up and scanner the return is processed within days!! Entire process is 48 hours.

Please explain this? More than 3 weeks and you can’t find my Return. I feel duped and warn other consumers to be wary when parting with money with Runway. Returns are not easy! Rather use Superbalist.
