Returned 3 items but I was refunded for 2 items

I ordered tops in November it took 1 day to receive my order, clothes were of poor quality I phone Carla to log my return of 2 items instead of 3 that I created on their website Carla said it's ok even though I did not log a 3rd item I must insert it into my return parcel they will credit me that item, it took 1weeks with few days to organize collections and after that in the 2nd week of January Carla send back a refund of 2 items and claims that they can't find a 3rd item in the same parcel, I will never ever buy from Runaway they are crocks ***
