Refunds not yet paidout

The courier company fetched the parcel on the 9th of Dec, I called the supplier on the 17th to check the process of refunds, it turned out nothing has been done, only received notification on Tuesday after I made inquiry.

This is one of the worst and pathetic online service and will not recommend it to anyone. I am only being informed about sloppy information that says nothing about the day of payment.
