Refund not received and no response on

<p>I placed an order on the 25th of November and cancelled the order on the 10th of December. n auto response was received advising that due to the festive season they are extremely busy and they will take longer to respond than normal. I have since sent numerous emails and tried calling with no response at all. I am owed a refund of R3,397 and they have not contacted me.</p> <p> </p>
