Refund

No professionalism at Runway sale, first they made me wait for long to get my order, when i was not happy with the order and returned it, on the website it says you will get your refund within 1 to 5 days, now they don't even respond to emails sent to them,Mariska told me to sent her my tracking Number, then said they got the parcel on 24/06/2019, now when i send her emails to enquirer, she just ignores them, this is so unprofessional of her
