I ordered my pair of shoes from [URL Removed] on the 19th of June 2015 (friday after 11am.). I was currently on sick leave so i forgot to change the shipping address from my home address to my work address because i assumed that i would be back at work by the delivery time. I noted them via email.I got an email response from Jenevieve in less then 10 minutes.the problem was sorted in the next 15 minutes. received my shoes today .it took 2 days to get my items.
