Professionalism

My order was not being delivered in time due to one item being delayed. I was contacted to say that the item was damaged and that they will not send a damaged item and will issue a refund. The way in which they messaged me was detailed and professional and I did not have to ask myself before they contacted me. Their professionalism was 10/10.
