Process to return the money is too long

Hi there,<br> I have a OrderNo:#*** that was returned last week.First notification was sent by post office on 28-10-2015 to collect the parcel.However i called into runway sale yesterday then Jenevieve said they still didn't receive any notification from post office but when i sent the screenshot from track and trace she confirmed the parcel been collected.I wanted to buy something on the sale now and i keep on calling them to credit my money back into the account.This is really irritating and please someone sort this today so that i can busy something else
