POOR SERVICES #***

I have orders two items from Runway Sale and one Item was delivered the other one was not. I have informed them the same day the delivery was done by Dawn Wing with delivery note number RS781971, the parcel was written 1 OF 1 not 1 OF 2,they told me that they will investigate the matter now they are telling me that their footage confirmed that my order was packed in full, I have requested proof of footage from them with no luck. I have enquired with Dawn Wing and they have confirmed that they received only 1 of 1 parcel, my problem is that I must now sort out their delivery issues with their courier company regarding my incomplete delivered order as they were suppose to refund me and sort their delivery issues and stop telling me stories I have been enquiring about this for the past three weeks without any assistance.
