Poor service on returns.

I logged a return on 6 December 2022 and to date (18 December 2022) the item has not yet been collected despite numerous follow ups and promises that the item will be collected. This is the most pathetic service of all time. I will never buy from this store ever again and will never recommend this online store to anyone.
