Poor service

I ordered some item's on the 28 of November 2022 of which some of those items i was suppose to wear on the 09th of December 2022. I still have not received my order even today. And on their site they write delivery time is 3-5 working days. I am so disappointed. if you don't do a follow up on *** or call. they don't communicate.

I also logged a return on 8 December 2022 and to date (19December 2022) the item has not yet been collected despite numerous follow ups and promises that the item will be collected.
