POOR SERVICE!!!!

I purchased a dress mid September and they sent me a completely wrong dress. I needed this dress for a very important event so while I processed the refund for them to collect the wrong dress they sent me, I purchased a new dress and they sent me the wrong dress for a damn second time!!!!! Their couriers came to collect the two dresses on Monday and more than 48 hours later THESE IDIOTS STILL HAVE NOT PROCESSED MY REFUND OR OFFERED ANY FORM OF APOLOGY OR REMEDY FOR THEIR DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!!! IM APPALLED AT THE LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM THEY HAVE SHOWN TOWARDS ME AND PROVIDING ME WITH SUCH A SUBPAR LEVEL OF SERVICE!!! I NEEDED THAT DRESS FOR A VERY IMPORTANT EVENT AND THEY RUINED THAT FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ENTRUSTED RUNWAY SALE AND HAD HIGH HOPES IN THAT THEY WOULD DELIVER AS PER MY PURCHASE ORDER!!!!! THEY’VE RECEIVED THE HORRID DRESSES THEY SENT ME BUT HAVE STILL YET TO REFUND ME!!!!!!!!!!! I’m truly bewildered at the astonishingly low standard of your service and your equally below poor after service!!!!
