POOR DELIVERY SERVICES

On the 15th of May 2023 I placed an order (***) and paid for it on the same day. To date I still haven't received my order. I've called, I've emailed and have been promised that I'll receive my order and still nothing. They made a lame excuse that the courier couldn't get a hold of me. I provided alternative contact details and they still didn't call that alternative number. I'm deeply disappointed with the service I received. I don't see myself ordering anything else from them EVER AGAIN.
