Poor customer service, poor turnaround times

<p>I have placed an order on runway sale on the 3 November 2016 and paid for it on the same day. Runway sale delivery policy is 21 working days from the date the sale has closed. To date, i.e. 21 December 2016, which is <strong>45 working days later</strong>, I have still not received my order. Furthermore, it has not even been despatched yet. When I try calling the call centre for assistance, it only rings and nobody answers so to date I have not been able to contact Runway sale. I would like to cancel my order and obtain a refund but even that is proving not possible because it seems as though they do not respond to their telephones!</p> <p>1. 45 days and no delivery</p> <p>2. Not ansering their calls at the call center</p> <p> </p> <p>How does a person find a way forward in this matter???</p>
