Paying for a return

After using RS I needed to return my item, not only did they take FOREVER to put the credit on my account, literally weeks, we sold our house and moved in the time they took to collect it and give me a credit, they take off the amount to collect the item, so you’re paying two delivery fees. Never get an order wrong on RS, you will lose money. I won’t be using them again, deleting the app.
