Pathetic service and poor delivery

I made an online purchase on 26 June, a gift for my spouse who is turning 50 on 09 July. Their delivery estimated delivery date is between 4-6 working days. With this in I had peace of mind that I would receive the gift in time for his birthday. Today is 8 days and still no delivery. I called them and the lady said the delay was due to a power outage which is a lame excuse. I asked if she could escalate this and she was said she could not. She asked me if I wanted to cancel the order and the refund would take 5-10 working days. This is really pathetic service and I will most definitely not be buying from them again
