Pathetic service

<p>I bought triumph langerie from runwaysale on 18 October and I was promised that I will receive it 9-20 days after the sale event has closed (28/10/2016). The 20th day was on Friday 25/11/2016. I made contact with the customer service on Tuesday 22/11/2016 and the agent informed me that they received all the other items except for one time and she advise me that they will refund me for one item (which they did) in order for me to receive my by the end of the week (25/11/2016). I'm made several follow up via email or phone and none of the consultants have revert back to me regarding the progress of my order. Strangely today I called the customer services number and goes on voicemail. I'm so dissapointed with your service as a first time client of runway sale. I have never experienced this service with any of the companies that support online buying such as Zando and take alot.</p>
