Pathetic service

Dear Runway sale, it has been very long since i purchased from you, I decided to get some items last week, but i believe your courier is making me a fool and testing my patience. They sent me an sms yesterday morning saying my package was out for delivery, i waited till 6pm at my work place for the package, which didnt arrive, i sent a call back requested before 17:00 and im still waiting for the call, do you guys not have the decency to even sms a customer to say that you cannot make the delivery on the day? there also isnt a contact number for the driver? are we supposed to smell that you are not coming or just look up in the sky and hope you sent us a smoke signal? pathetic communication and service from you, i will NOT support you again.
