Pathetic Service - ***

<p>I have made an order on the 28 of October 2016, as in payment went through. Runwaysale does mention that it take 9 - 20 working days to deliver. I have been on the same status (awaiting stock at the warehouse) since the 28 October until now, I continued to email the team and asked for a refund as its 13 December and still no response from the team. I have been querying this order since 21 November and still nothing. I have never experienced such horrible service from an online store. The problem is that there is no communication to the customers. I will definately not buy from this place again. I expect a response soon as i want my refund. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
