Pathetic customer service and slow delivery time

<p>My order is way past delivery due date, and no matter what I try I cannot get any response from these people. I have tried to email them and I have sent messages on their Facebook page. On the Facebook page I also saw countless comments from unhappy customers in this same position, who tries to phone and email, no one picks up and no replies. This is absolutely unacceptable, and you can rest assured that you lost a customer. If I receive no replies and no delivery is made, I will be contacting my bank so I can get my money back.</p>
