Parcel taking forever

I order 1 pair of shoes on 9/12/2019 around 9am on website it shows parcel will be delivered within 1-3 days and they have stock in JHB today is 18 still no parcel when i track online parcel only left CT yesterday and i am closing on Friday for holidays this is the first and last time i order from your website please don't promise something and dont deliver I will not recommend your website to anyone its like i have ordered something in London
