Painless, efficient, happy

I was so impressed with the service I received from Melina at Runway sale, I bought a pair of shoes which arrived a few days later but they were too big (big cuts) so I informed the team that I would like to return them. Melina organised the pick up and return and then followed through with communication throughout the entire process, it was the least stressful process on my part. I would even forget about it at times until I opened my emails to find a message from her informing of all developments. It's nice to come on to a site such a s HelloPeter with good things to say instead of complaints. Thank you Melina and the Runway Sale team :)
