Paid price for Chain but received Bracelet

I order Guess jewellery on-line from Runwaysales and stand very disappointed as this was a gift for my sister for her 30th birthday. I ordered her as per description (UBB71299 Ladies small Silver Heart CHAIN) received today 05.08.2015 a Heart bracelet. This is unacceptable as I paid R200.00 for this. They come back with lam excuse saying that the person responsible to capture on website made a mistake. Sorry to hear. They also stated that they would gladly return the item and refund me. But what they don't know is I work 7 days a week and that is why I prefer purchasing on-line as I don't have the time to go to the shops to go and buy things I need. I purchase alot of goods on line from [URL Removed] and spree because of this reason. I will never again use Runwaysales for anything as I will not be put through this again.
