Over a month and no delivery

I ordered a skone watch just before black Friday on the 26th of November . According to their website it takes 3 to 5 working days for delivery. It's been almost 6 weeks and still have not received my package. Their customer service sucks. They make no attempt to follow up and keep you updated. I've ordered something from an international store and it came within a week. Really dissatisfied
