Ordered Shoes on Runway Sale and they refuse to give me my shoes(Order number:***)

<p>i ordered shoes (3 pairs of shoes) on runway sale on the 14th of November 2016, made the full payment and now runway sale delivered 1 pair of shoes. when i asked them why they saying that they dont have stock to deliver for me and they wanted to refund me the money. i dont want the money BUT shoes and i dont believe them when they say they dont have shoes to give me because everytime when i open their site there are hundreds of thousands of shoes and their business is continuing selling. so my frustration is that they cant tell me that they cant give me my odered / remaining 2 pair of shoes. i am very disappointed on the service they are giving me. my colleque oreded on the same sale after me but they delivered all the 3 pairs of shoes for her. why am i not treated the same way as her?</p> <p> </p> <p>i am still waiting for the remaining 2 pairs of shoes and now to my suprise they have updated on their website that my full order have been delivered which is not true. i want runway sale to give me my full order.</p> <p>disappointed client</p> <p>lethabo</p> <p> </p>
