Order was not delivered

I ordered two items on separate days and waited for delivery. I got mail confirming that my first order was out on delivery. Two days later I got another mail confirming my second order is out on delivery.

Three days past and my first order has not arrived yet. But I received my 2nd order.

I then informed Myrunaway and they said they will check why the 1st order has not been delivered. They came back saying the courier vehicle was in a accident.
