Order (still) not delivered

My name is Siya Mhlongo ***) - i placed an order (order #***) on the 28th of September 2022 and was informed (on the app) this will be delivered by the 11th of October - on the 12th of October still hadn't received my order and when i called i was told "ohh there was an issue with this order it hasn't been shipped yet" why do these guys not call you to inform or or update on the app. From receiving wrong items, 2 left feet on shoes ordered and now this - this app is slowly becoming unpleasant and would advise anyone shopping here to do it at their own risk.
