Order process failed, no response to emails, no answer from call centre, useless company

<p>What has happed to your business??? This used to be an awesome shopping experience but your service levels now are non-existent. </p> <p> </p> <p>I attempted to order a pair of shoes 2 weeks ago but I could not complete the transaction due to a loss of interenet signal on my side. I immediately contacted you via email to try to resolve this and make the purchase but now after 2 week I still haven't received a response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Does your call centre even exist? There is never an answer. Congrats on losing a cusotmer.</p>
