Order not delivered from Runwaysale in over a Month

<p>I placed an order on the runwaysale website on the 4 November.</p> <p>The order status has remained at payment recieved since then. The site says it can take 9 to 20 days to dispatch orders, however this max time has now gone by.</p> <p>I have emailed a number of occassions to request an update on the order, however no response. I phoned today, but they just said they recieved the shipment late.</p> <p>These items were supposed to be bday gifts, but I have had to purchase new gifts as these have still not arrived.</p> <p>I have requested that the order be cancelled and refunded (not in store credit)</p>
