Once again out of stock

This is the third order this year that Runway Sale have emailed me to politely tell me that I will not receiving what I order. They have been gaining interest on the money, that I paid them over a month ago, as they take up to 20 working days to deliver. Nearly 50% of my orders have an issue! Who is going to compensate me for the delivery fee? That means the cost of the other items increases because delivery fee is not omptimized.<br> <br> I am extremely disappointed with Runway Sale! I can't believe they get away with this, time and again. It is false advertising. Sort out your systems so that people don't order goods that you do not have stock of!!<br> <br> Surely the consumer protection act should have something to say about this!<br>
