OIONS FOR ELIZABETH AARDEN AND RUNWAY SALES ORCHARD FOR CLARINS

Always used Clarins products but tried some Elizabeth Arden at a friend and it felt good. Decided to buy and did so on RUNWAYSALE - goods arrived. All items were NOT SEALED ,if you squeeze the tubes to get the cream out , you only get cream when you near the top of the tube, as there is nothing in tube from the bottom. Contacted Elizabeth Arden Direct, as I felt they need to know how their products that are sold by Runwaysale. I explained it seems they using products then sending it out. Was told by Elizabeth Arden to contact Runway Direct as it was bought through them. Did that. They asked for Order no. Then a week later they wanted photos which I then sent and also put a tube of Clarins next to it to show how a FULL tube comes out when squeezed to their tube they sent me . To date heard nothing. Seems Elizabeth Arden don't care how their products are sold by other people and Runway do not care either. I not used the Products as I been to scared to incase they want it back. I was willing to move my entire skin regime to Elizabeth Arden from Clarins, but I pay more for Clarins but understand now why that is!!!!. CLARINS FILLS THEIR PRODUCTS
