Not yet refunded

Purchased 2 items on 04/06/19. 1 item came with a cm wide hole. At first I was to pay a R60 fee for returning the damaged item. Upon complaining this fee was waived.

Here we are over 2 weeks later and the money has nor been refunded.

Stay far away from Runwaysale, rather buy from Zando & Superbalist as I never had any problems with them.
