Not impressed.

I'm not impressed with the service that Runwaysale had given. On 14 May I ordered and paid for a hoodie. Every week I would track my order. One morning, early June, I wanted to track my order and the order had disappeared, yes disappeared, from my account. I sent an email regarding this. The lady informed me that the order was made from an old email address of mine, so they struggled to find it. She said that the hoodie was out of stock, but they would send the order asap. A week and a half went by and I wanted to track my order once again. The title showed "closed" and "refunded". Once again I sent an email asking about this, as I had not received an email nor a refund. The same lady them told me that the warehouse was out of stock and an email was sent regarding my refund. I have STILL not received my refund... another two weeks have passed!!!!
