NO SERVICE

<p>I am highly disapointed in Runway Sale. I have ordered and paid products on 03/11/16. It said that it takes 4-6 weeks for delivery after sale has closed. So given that the sale closed a week later and adding the maximum time of 6weeks I thought it would be here well before christmas. Just in time!! So you would think!! 7 weeks after I paid and ordered I phoned in and asked where my parcel is. The lady over the phone said that all the products are there and that it would go out for delivery. It takes about 3 working days to arrive. Two weeks later someone phoned and explained that one of my products are not available and that I need to choose for them to give my money back or have it on credit for the next time shopping. I asked for it to be credited. Since that phone call ( middel of december) I tried phoning them and have had NO answer. I phoned this morning and still no answer. They say to pop a mail and everytime I "pop" a mail they reply very briefly with no apology. I asked for another contact number I can phone and they advised me that the number is the ONLY number they have. Now its 11 weeks later and I still dont know when my parcel is arriving and I am starting to think that this company is a ****!!I cannot get hold of anyone at Runway Sale. </p>
