No Refund No Response - Order #***

<p>On the 10th of November 2016 I placed an order for 2 handbangs valued at R1443.00 including delivery I waited paitently until I received an email that one handbag was out of stock blaming this on santa which was very dissappointing as this was placed before the rush. I accepted this and requested for a refund but till this day no refund has come through, I have sent numerous emails as well as calls but no response. I want my R699.00 back asap after all the dissappointing service the least Runway sale should do is give me my money back. </p>
