No refund

<p>On 21 November 2016 I placed an order on Runwaysale. Delivery took place on 24 December 2016. One item was not included (worth R139.00) and Runwaysale states on their website that I will be refunded. I have sent numberous emails and I have not yet been answered regarding the refund due to me. I have not received any refund ( my online account also does not state a credit of R139.00) This is poor customer service!</p>
