No feedback or aftersale service

<p>i made an order on 11 February and have not even received a confirmation email. I called this week and was simply told to wait for my order. </p> <p> </p> <p>In this day and age how can we wait a month for a local delivery?</p> <p> </p> <p>this is the poorest service I have received. </p>
