No exchanges

The website has nice fashion and their delivery is good. The challenge is that their size guide is not not correct. I had to order an item twice at different prices because they don't do exchanges. The second time the item was much more expensive than the time that I bought it first time time. What was also surprising is that the XXS and XS small sizes fit me exactly the same. They were too big.
